There was an ad on Facebook for Torrid. Buy 10 items for $40. After making the purchase, i received an order confirmation from a website that was not Torrid. I immediately had a bad feeling and emailed their customer service to please cancel my order but somehow it was magically "already shipped". I called my bank and tried to stop payment on the payment but they weren't able to because the charge was pending. I also realized that when i emailed it was not Torrids URL. I received a tracking number and the website was fake. When i inquired about it again, I was told that the package was delivered and i didn't receive anything. I emailed the company and i have been going back and forth asking for a refund. I was told the package was lost. Then i was told i would receive a partial refund on May 10th. I have yet to see anything in my account.
