      At the *** that I've pasted below they say you can access 40 responses on their basic (free) plan...NOT TRUE. Once you log in, they only actually allow you to access 10 responses, and if you navigate back to that same *** while logged in, the table changes to have the number 40 in the table be a number 10. Very backhanded. DO NOT USE SURVEY MONKEY. THEY ARE DOING WHAT I WOULD CALL DIRTY BUSINESS. I stayed on the same website and just logged out and then re-loaded the page and the number in the table that says how many free responses you can access magically changed from 10 back to 40. I couldn't believe a reputable company would have basic information on their site change like that, so I repeated this several times with the same result. (I took screenshots of it, so I have the proof but no way to post it here.) You can't have information about plan services change based on whether someone is logged in or not! So dishonest! If you promise forty responses, then do that. If you're only going to do ten, then only promise ten. But do not promise forty and then go back on that once someone signs up. I contacted them about it by email (which wasn't easy either but understandable for a large company), and they basically brushed me off and said that I could access more than ten responses with a special plan (that's not usually advertised on their site) called the "flex plan" for "only $50 per month". TERRIBLE SERVICE. I almost always give people the benefit of the doubt and never post negative reviews--even about products I don't really like, but Survey Monkey was downright dishonest, and that's not okay.
