    My initial experience has been wonderful. I dont have the name of the *** who assisted me, but he was amazing. So kind and understanding. It took quite a while to get through everything and it was late, but he answered everything patiently. That said a lot.

    I have been swimming in debt for some time. I have no clue why I didnt reach out sooner!! My account advocate was clear and encouraging throughout the entire process and everything is moving seamlessly. So excited to have the relief of being able to be stress free at night when I try to sleep

    I was ready to file for bankruptcy but I thought I would call National Debt Relief to find out my options and if they could help me. They explained everything so I could understand and I really wanted to pay my creditors something and this is how it could happen.     After working with this company for two years, I decided that I did in fact need to file for bankruptcy. While I was on the phone with the customer service representative I told her I could not afford the upcoming payment which was set to be drawn later this week. She said she understood however, she then proceeded to push it through earlier than it was supposed to be. I am livid and disgusted and feel like I got stolen from. I called my bank. They said that I should allow it to go through, and then we will be disputing it. I cannot believe how sneaky Sneaky and predatory this company is.

    I had the pleasure of being helped by ******* *. who was fantastic; she was professional yet at the same time personable and made me feel at ease and comfortable with the conversation. I was able to explain some pretty personal details of my medical and health hardship over the last year and half; and we even laughed a few times about the expenses of having a big family with multiple teenagers eating with the cost of recent food inflation. She allowed me to feel at ease explaining these things and how I came to the decision to seek debt relief without feeling shame about it.******* also answered all my questions and made the whole process very easy to understand and navigate the online forms and emails. It only took maybe an hour, if that, from start to finish.
