On the day of 6/13/23 when I was at work when I received a call from this South Carolina and I was interested at who it was. When I answered the phone , the guy asked was I still interested in a loan and I said yes and then I asked the company and he is he is from Govloans.gov I even asked him to prove it and he sent me email proof and terms and conditions papers to sign and everything . He told me since my credit wasn’t as good I need to pay a insurance pay fee which was 313 but he told me the company will pay 63 and I pay 250 and I ironically had 254 in the bank so he kept reassuring me that it was nothing to worry about and I would get the money so I took a gamble and on my lunch break I went to Walmart as he instructed me to do and put 250 on a gift card and I did so and I was on the phone with the company the whole time and told them I just put the money on the card so he told me get me the card information so I proceeded to do so. So he told me I will process this and give you a call back in 30 minutes after the 30 went by no call so I called me and he took me it’s nothing to worry bout it’s still processing so I said to myself no worries so an hour go by and so I called him again and he took me him and his team is finalizing it now so I waited 2 more hours so I called back again and he told me the same thing and now they will not answer I just want my 200 back that was all my bill money for the month I am stressed out and don’t know what to doInitial Complaint

I was trying to get a loan to pay off pay day loans, I was approved for a $3000 loan at 10% interest at $100 a month for 33 months, so I was told I needed to get a gift card to insure I was going to make my payments, he wanted a target card for $250 I told him no and got him a American expres gold card so I waited for my money to come to find out the next day I had to give him another $386 towards a tax debt I have which isn't the right amount and I know the irs won't hold my loan. This has happened all this week haven't contacted them since wednesdayInitial Complaint

I gave this company all my personal and banking information to receive a personal loan of $3,000. I signed a contract and was told this would be processed. I was then contacted by the rep and he informed me that the process would take longer then expected and unknown to me there were reversal claims placed on my bank account. In the amount of $1234.00. I no longer have a bank account due to these charges that I was unaware of till the claims department called me. I have called and emailed this company since July 26, 2022. I have not received a phone call or email response and now my calls are being blocked and going to voicemail. The bank will no longer talk to me about my account and it is closed due to this problem and I owe the bank now. Please advise.Initial Complaint

Applied for a $4000 loan and was approved as long as I paid the $300 insurance fee. Fee was paid and loan was signed. Funds were suppose to be deposited on august 5th 2022 and they were not. After calling over 35 times I finally spoke to someone and they said the funds would be deposited on august 8th 2022 and they were not. On august 8th no one answered or responded to calls and emails.Initial Complaint

They say they are offering loans but when they want to fund your account they ask you to log into your account remotely and cash a check while you're logged in, so they can see it, deposit it and then go to a Walmart and wire the money back. On top of all of this they asked for my bank account log in information, banks don't do that. They're fraudulently using logos that aren't theirs and when I confronted them they responded by using curse words and threatened to release my personal confidential information. Their own paperwork says they won't ask for peoples bank log in information then in the next email they ask for the bank log in information. These people are unreal and need to be stopped!
