Nothing bad to say about Patriot Mobile. Where I live, cell service is cruddy, at best, so the issues I have had were no reflection on this provider. What makes them the BEST, is their acknowledgement of being a ***************** and every single person we have ever had contact with has made that obvious! Every person has gone above and BEYOND to ensure our issues are cared for. ****, I ended up sending my wedding picture to one rep, who spent an hour on the phone with us one evening, trying to resolve one of our "senior moments!" I became a member after hearing their ads on talk ********** sister is also a member. I love what they support & stand for.I was having a problem with my voicemail- I switched to a new ********** wouldn't load. I called their customer support & had the pleasure of talking to ********. She was amazing. Not only did she figure it out, but also called ******* tech support in a 3 way call (he ended up hanging up without fixing the issue) and also Patiots tech support. I had not been getting some voicemails over a few days and I had some important, precious emails that I didn't want to loose. ******** was so sweet and understanding and she figured it out & my voicemail is working & I didn't loose my messages- we were on the phone for an hour! This is the first time I have called any tech support that was this good (usually they suck). I hope Patriot Mobile appreciates this woman- she is amazing... you are lucky to have her on your team. Great customer service with people that spoke the same language with no accent. Normal Americans that were intelligent and could trouble shoot no problem. The only reason we moved my husbands phone line is because we switched internet providers and were given a free year of cellphone service. He will be back when that expires more than likely.Patriot Mobile

Our experience with Patriot Mobile has been 100% positive. They have been fast, friendly and reliable and we are saving bundles over our previous provider who kept raising our rates and only offered a better deal (which was still inferior to Patriots) after we switched.Patriot Mobile

The strongest connection I've seen Patriot Mobile may seem like any 3rd rate phone company.But! I still am using the base plan, in the last week I noticed because I have a 5G phone.Even after my high speed data, I still get something like .5MB-.7MB a sec. And also though out most of *****. To me that Huge to also have such a strong connection even though I'm paying for the smallest planPatriot Mobile
